Access Requirements

Is the client over 18 years of age?
"Would they agree to wear a biomonitor, like a FitBit?"
"Do they have access to a computer, mobile phone, and the internet?"
"Are they happy to participate in an education program with a dedicated health coach?"
"Do they speak English and have a least year 7 level comprehension and writing skills?"
"Are they currently covered by a worker's compensation insurance policy?"

Health Status "Do they experience persistent pain conditions?"
"Do they currently use medication for their pain or depression or anxiety?"
"Does their pain impact their ability to work and function normally?"
"Does the client express concerns about their future?"
"Is their pain interfering with their ability to sleep?"
